Bangsímon is Pooh's icelandic name and Bangsi is the icelandic word for teddy bear so that's the reason for this web sites' name.

Titti can walk
She did it! Titti took her first 4 steps this weekend. Mom wasn't at home as she has more or less been working day and night last 5 days. There has been an exhibition she was in head of so we haven't seen much of her lately. You bet she was proud when she heard the news. Titti wanted to show her and yes, she took 5 more steps though she was in a bit hurry and was laughing all the time she lost a bit of her balance.

One thing though mom has been away we have been able to do things with dad. And as you know, I am daddy's best girl I loved every minute. He took my sister and me to a horse show where lots of children were dressed in different masquerade clothes.

The picture I have found at Eidfaxi.is

We are reading many bedtime stories mom and I. At the moment I am reading about Anna and the tall man; where is the tall man's hat? It's an adventure about Anna when she is trying to find his hat. The tall man is crying so much it is water everywhere and Anna has to swim to the sea in her search. She meets an octopus and guess what - it is the octopus that has stolen the tall mans hat. And we have read it every evening for a month now. Usually I continue to read at least one more book before sleep and I have 2 favourites; about the teddy bears and Pippi Långstrump (lina longstocking)
