Things are moving with my extra work. Latest news we are sponsoring the Icelandic team on the world championship taking place in Holland next week. Yesterday I handed over wraps and blankets to the veterinary and I send out lots of pressreleases to all kind of medias. May be I will be interviewed in TV, who knows?

I have really reached focus again and is doing very well in my diet plan. Yesterday I had meatballs with vegetables in cocos milk. It will be today's lunch too and in the evening I will serve Indian spicy meat with rice. My day plan is set to 1300 kcal pr day. Tomorrow is weight day.

Monday 30 July
The program I have started it was was weight day this morning. Last week I was thinking of changing even here. I decided not so I will keep the result for some more days. Ok, at least I can say it has started well. No wonder as I have been doing pretty well all week. After coming home B and I also decided to take 2 months "white", no red wine or other alcohol in the weekends. I would not say I am a hard drinker though I enjoy red wine to food on Fridays and Saturdays.

This was first weekend without any alcohol at all. I must admit it felt pretty strange when we barbequed and had some cheese and crackers. I had sprinkled water.

This weekend we went out hiking. I wanted to tent both Friday and Saturday while B wasn't that enthusiastic. Both the girls and I loved it while I am not sure I can manage to get B camping again ;)

Wednesday 25 July - New start
I have decided to join the club I used to have when I started this weight travel. I have realized I need some extra help to be focused and more important - to know exactly how much I am eating. Especially when I realize I am jumping up and down from 68 vs. 72 most of the time and I am always losing focus and control after reaching 68. Feels good.

I have been working lasts days while I have decided to take Thursday and Friday off. We are planning go camping in the mountains and I am thrilled to sleep in a tent. B is less excited while he has promised to keep our plan. I think the girls will find it very exciting too.

I must tell about what my oldest did last night! On her 3rd birthday we gave her a bicycle and afterwards I understood we parents were more interested and happy about this gift than her. She would rather prefer to get a small 3 wheels and once again we took her for being a bit older than she really is. On her birthday she didn't even try the bike. Anyway, when she was in Sweden she got "Lotta kan visst cykla" (Sure Lotta can ride a bike) by Astrid Lindgren and as her loves movies she has been watching it over and over again. Last night she took the bike and said "jag kan visst cykla" (sure I can ride a bike) and she used the exact words from the movie. And yes, she could - she rides her bike all evening. It is funny with Astrid Lindgren as I can see so much "Lotta" in my oldest while my youngest is "Skrållan". She is searching for things to do her is not supposed to do...

Monday 23 July - Back On Track - R E L O A D

Summer holiday has gone to an end and I am back to work. It was with a bit of a sadness I left Sweden. It´s getting harder and harder every time to leave my old country and thoughts of moving back is giving me a struggle. May be I will one day. Who knows?

Most of our trip we have been in my Summer house and what to say about weather? Not too good neither too bad. Some sunshine and some raining. I am happy though we did not get that much rain as in south.

Anyway it feels great to be back in normal again though and I have lots of strong sprits to take control over my weight again. I will keep Wednesday as weightday so I will not update my figures until then.

W E L C O M E

After 2 pregnancies my body was not longer the one it used to be. And what else to do more than realize it will be hard work to reach it back again. I decided to start a new life by a diet plan and to blog about it. I guess it is easier to reach goals if talking about it.

In my start I joined a weight club through Internet while during my travel I have found a way that's working pretty well, without spending too much money. Actually it's not any difficult neither complicated way of living and eating. I am cooking a lot from the principels of GI - low suger and fat with lots of vegetables. I have also decided NOT to stop living and if one day is filled with this little extra plan is not ruined.
